Soccer Clique U15- U14 | Training Program

WHO IS THIS Training Program FOR?

Our training program U15-U14 is designed for soccer players who want to take their Soccer IQ to the next level.

Players will be introduced to our Run Less - Play Smarter methodology that is designed to elevate a player’s technical, tactical, psychological and physical capacities by developing their Game Intelligence or Soccer IQ holistically through the game.

Soccer IQ is a player’s ability to understand the game and make good decisions on the field in real time. It is a combination of factors, including technical skills, tactical knowledge, spatial awareness, decision making ability, principals of play and when, where and how to apply them.

Our methodology allows us to  develop players with a higher level of Soccer IQ through the use of Rondos, Possession, Positional and Small Sided Games.

Our methodology will help to raise their Soccer IQ levels and develop them into more complete and confident soccer players with advanced technical, tactical, psychological and physical capabilities.

Soccer Clique U6-U4 | Training Program

WHO IS THIS Training program FOR?

Children ages 3 to 5 like to run, jump, roll, climb, skip, fall down, and shout while involved in play. Our activities fit the current developmental stage of the child. All these behaviors have been taken into consideration when setting up our playing environment.

Our game/activities sessions are organized into three separate developmentally age appropriate categories, with each session ending with a small-sided game.

Body Awareness – activities that emphasize the use of body parts, motion, coordination, balance with and without the ball.

Target Games – activities that involve solving the objective by going from “point A to point B.”  These activities are more directionally defined and can be done both with and without the ball.

Maze Games – activities in which the player has the opportunity to move in a 360 or circle environment with and without the ball. Even though the area is defined, it does not necessarily have a specific target or boundary to go to. These activities allow the players to make decisions while moving in all directions.

Small Sided Games – 1 v 1, 2 v 2 small sided games where players have many touches on the ball and begin to utilized the concepts of the three types of activities into a game situation.
